Multiplier Event in Ireland (Dublin)

On Monday, October 7th, 2024, the next EduPASS Multiplier Event took place in Dublin. As an EduPASS project partner, Sport Ireland Coaching (Declan O’Leary) hosted this event. The focus was particularly on coach education through national administrative authorities and in further/higher education, coach support through local sports partnerships, training of educators in further/higher education and the deployment and support of educators in the education sector.

The EduPASS results were linked to the national context by referring to Irish strategy documents that support our commitment to the project – National Sport Policy 2018-2027, Sport Ireland Strategy Statement. The project results/resources were linked to each sector and the exchange and transfer for future use was established.

We received good feedback on the project results of the participants and a stimulating exchange on the modules and the handbook to be published. The handbook is considered to be very useful for using the resources and modules. It also turns out that the participants are willing to contribute to the handbook.
